Your Home Page

The three parts of the Home page: your last 30 days, which workflow is live, and the setup guide.

The Home page answers two questions: is xPostio making me money? and is an offer live? It has three parts, from top to bottom.

1. Last 30 days

Four numbers for your whole store, counted over the last 30 days:

CardWhat it counts
Revenue addedThe price of everything customers accepted, minus the discounts you gave. Shipping and taxes are not included.
Customers reachedCheckouts that reached the offer page. Each checkout counts once, however many offers it showed.
Offers acceptedHow many offers were accepted, and what share of customers reached that is.
Best offerThe offer that added the most revenue, with its revenue and number of accepts.

These numbers include every workflow, including ones that are now off. For one workflow’s own numbers, open it from Workflows.

Your plan’s monthly limit counts customers reached the same way, but over your plan’s period instead of the last 30 days. Settings → Plans shows that count.

2. Your live workflow

This card shows which post-purchase workflow customers are seeing right now:

  • A workflow name with a green “Live” badge — that workflow is on. Click View to open it.
  • “No offer is live” — no workflow is on, so customers see nothing. Click Turn on a workflow, or Create an offer if you have none yet.
  • “More than one workflow is on” — offers only show when exactly one workflow is on. Open Workflows and turn the others off.

3. Setup guide

A three-step checklist for your first offer:

  1. Create your post-purchase offer, then turn it on.
  2. Design the offer page.
  3. Select xPostio in your checkout settings. The button opens your Shopify admin at Settings → Checkout.

xPostio ticks the steps for you:

  • Step 1 is ticked while a post-purchase workflow is on. Turn it off and the step un-ticks.
  • Step 2 is ticked the first time you save the offer page layout. Happy with the default page? Click Mark as done.
  • Step 3 is ticked while Shopify reports xPostio as the app selected for your post-purchase page. Select another app and the step un-ticks. If Shopify can’t be asked, click Mark as done yourself.

The guide checks again each time you come back to the app. Your progress is saved for your store. Dismiss in the guide’s menu, or Dismiss Guide once every step is done, hides the guide for good.

Frequently asked questions

Why are all my numbers zero?

No customer has reached an offer page in the last 30 days. Check that one workflow is live, that xPostio is selected in your checkout settings, and place a test order. See Getting started.

Why is “Offers accepted” higher than I expected compared to customers reached?

A customer who sees two offers and accepts both counts as one customer reached and two accepts.

Is Revenue added the same as profit?

No. It’s what customers paid for the items they accepted, after the discount, before shipping and taxes. Your product costs are not taken off.
