The best moment to sell is the one you skip

Your customer just paid. They trust you. They are in a buying mood. This is the perfect moment to offer one more product that goes with what they bought, and most stores waste it on a plain thank you page.

xPostio puts one offer between the payment and the Thank you page. No second checkout. No new card details. Just a product picked to match what they bought, and a single button to add it.

How the offer reaches your customer

From checkout to offer to confirmation. Smooth for the customer, more money for you.

1

The customer checks out

Your normal Shopify checkout. They pay the way they always do.

2

One offer appears

xPostio picks the first offer whose rules match the order. If none matches, they go straight to the Thank you page.

3

They tap to add it

Add to my order, with the exact total. No new card details, no second checkout.

4

The order grows

The items join the order they just placed, charged to the same card.

The right offer for the right shopper

Products picked from your catalogue to match what they just bought.

The products match the order

You do not pick the products one by one. xPostio uses AI to find the products in your catalogue most similar to what the shopper just bought. You set how many appear: Max Products in Offer starts at 3, or 1 on Free, and your plan sets the ceiling: 1 on Free, 3 on Growth, 10 on Pro. The shopper picks any of them and chooses quantities.

Your own rules

On Growth and Pro, show an offer only on the orders you want: the number of items, the order total including shipping and taxes, and the stock of the products the offer would show. Each takes a minimum, a maximum or both, and rules combine with AND or OR. An offer whose rules do not match is skipped.

A second chance offer

On Growth and Pro, follow a no with something cheaper on the declined path. A customer sees at most three offers in a row, which is Shopify's limit for post-purchase offers, and because each answer sends the customer down one branch, one flow can hold up to seven offers in total. On Free a workflow has one offer.

No second checkout

The customer already paid, so they just confirm. The items are added to the same order and charged to the same card, as a separate payment on that order, and the page shows the subtotal and the discount, then Shopify's own shipping, taxes and total, so the price they see is the price they pay.

A deal worth taking

Four kinds of offer: a percentage off, a fixed amount off, buy X get Y with the gift products you pick, or free shipping. Free includes the percentage offer; the other three are on Growth and Pro. On those plans you can also switch on a time-based discount and set the duration in minutes, and the shopper sees a live countdown. At zero the offer closes as if they had declined it.

Design the page they see

In Settings under Post-purchase, drag the blocks into order: banner, text, product card, status banner, image, buttons and the thank-you screen. Set the headline, the list or grid layout and the thank-you texts, and the preview shows the page as customers see it. The accept and decline labels are fixed, because Shopify asks for a clear pay-now label with the price. One layout applies to every offer.

On your plan

The Free plan includes percentage offers, one per workflow, and 30 customers reached a month. Fixed amount, buy X get Y, free shipping, targeting rules, the countdown and a second offer are on Growth ($19 every 30 days, 500 customers a month) and Pro ($49 every 30 days, unlimited). At your plan’s limit the offer page stops showing until the count restarts, and customers go straight to the Thank you page. See the plans.
