Post-purchase offers · for Shopify

You run the store. xPostio grows the order.

Your customer has just paid and has already trusted you with their card. xPostio shows them a one click offer on Shopify's own post-purchase page, and what they accept is added to the same order and charged to the same card.

01 / The problem

Your best selling moment goes unused

The shopper has paid, they are still on your store, and nothing happens. Here is what it is costing you.

See how xPostio solves this
  • 01

The order stops at one item

They have paid, their card is already put away, and they are still on your store. Your page thanks them and sends them off. That is the easiest sale of the day, gone.

  • 02

The page after payment sells nothing

Shopify gives you a page that appears the second a payment clears. Most stores leave it empty, so every order stays exactly the size it was.

  • 03

The moment is gone in seconds

The window after payment closes fast. If nothing is ready to show, there is nothing to sell, and you only find out at the end of the month.

  • 04

Upsell apps that ask for a second checkout

An upsell that needs a second checkout asks the shopper for their card again. xPostio does not: Shopify charges the card already on the order.

  • 05

    The blank offer

You know you should be offering something after checkout. But what? Which product, which discount, how long it runs. Every offer starts from nothing.

  • 06

    Hand-picked offers go stale

You pick one product and everybody sees it. Stock runs out, the catalog moves on, and the offer keeps showing the same thing to every shopper.

How xPostio grows the order.

Install it once, build one workflow, publish it. Every paid order gets the offer from then on.

Your store
Offer built
Ready

When you install, xPostio reads your product catalogue (a large one can take a while), and Shopify keeps it up to date. xPostio finds the products most similar to what the shopper just bought and shows up to the number you allow.

After checkout

What happens the moment they pay

Shopify hands the shopper to its own post-purchase page. xPostio reads the order, picks the products closest to what they just bought, and shows the offer. One click adds it to the order they already paid for.

No second checkout. No new card details. At most three offers in a row, and up to seven in one workflow on Growth and Pro.

02 / What it does

Everything you need for the moment after checkout.

A one click offer on Shopify's own post-purchase page. Four discount types, targeting rules on Growth and Pro, and an editor for the page the shopper sees.

01

The offer builds itself

On the Pro plan, connect the assistant you already use over MCP and ask in plain words for the offer you want. It builds the workflow as a draft, and a draft shows nothing to customers until you publish it.

02

Flows you can branch

One offer, or a second that changes depending on whether they accepted or declined. On Growth or Pro a customer sees at most three offers in a row, and a workflow holds up to seven. On Free it holds one.

03

Bigger orders, no second checkout

The offer sits on Shopify's own post-purchase page. One click adds it to the order they already paid for, with no second checkout and no card details again.

04

Know which offer works

Every workflow carries its own numbers: accepted, declined, conversion and revenue, broken down to each offer on its page. Stop guessing which offer earns its place.

05

Bring your own AI

On the Pro plan, connect Claude or ChatGPT to your store over MCP. There is no API key to paste in and none for us to store. Your AI provider bills you separately, at their rates.

Stop leaving the page after payment empty. Let xPostio sell on it.

Other upsell tools send the shopper back to a checkout they have already been through. xPostio adds to the order in one click.

The old way: the order stops at checkout

  • You bolt on an upsell app that sends the shopper through a second checkout, with card details to enter all over again
  • You stare at an empty offer, with no idea which product or which discount will actually sell
  • You pick the product for every offer by hand, and it is stale a week later
  • Your page right after checkout says 'thank you' and nothing else, so every order stays smaller than it could be
  • You cannot tell which offer earned anything, so you keep guessing
  • You need a developer to change the page the shopper sees

With xPostio

  • One app owns the moment after payment, on Shopify's own post-purchase page
  • A one click offer goes on the order they already paid for, with no second checkout
  • Four discount types: percentage, fixed amount, buy X get Y and free shipping, with an optional countdown on Growth and Pro
  • xPostio's AI picks the products in your catalogue most similar to what they just bought, and on buy X get Y you choose the gift
  • Branch on accepted or declined and chain the next offer, up to three in a row on Growth and Pro
  • Bring your own AI on Pro. Connect Claude or ChatGPT over MCP, and your provider bills you at their rates

AFTER PAYMENTAutomatic

What xPostio does the moment they pay.

The customer pays and Shopify places the order as usual. From there xPostio has one job: read the order, take the first offer whose rules match it, show it at the real price, and record the answer.

01 · Read

It reads the order

Shopify hands xPostio a signed summary of the order: the products, the variants, the quantities, the total and the currency.

02 · Match

It picks the offer

It takes the first offer in your live workflow whose rules match this order. If none matches, the customer goes straight to the Thank you page.

03 · Show

It shows the real price

The offer page opens with the products picked for this customer and Shopify's own total, including shipping and taxes. One click adds them to the same order.

04 · Record

It records the answer

Every offer page a customer sees and every answer they give is recorded, and turns into accepted, declined, conversion and revenue.

Every accepted offer is checked against your settings on xPostio's server before it is signed and sent to Shopify, so the discount the customer sees is exactly the discount they get.
