xPostio has no chatbot of its own. Connect Claude or ChatGPT to your store, describe the offer you want, and it builds the whole flow. Everything it makes arrives as a draft for you to review. Connect AI is included in the Pro plan.

Your AI does the thinking. xPostio gives it a fixed set of actions it is allowed to take on your store: read, create, update, publish, unpublish and delete workflows. Connect AI is included in the Pro plan, and you pay your provider directly at their rates.

Any MCP client
Any client that supports MCP connectors can connect, with the same connection URL. Each one is listed in Settings and can be disconnected on its own.
Ask for it in plain words
"Create a post-purchase offer with 20% off, only for orders over $80, and a free-shipping offer if they decline." That is the whole instruction.
Builds the flow

Percentage, fixed amount, buy X get Y or free shipping, with the value, the discount name and a countdown if you asked for one.
Builds post-purchase offers
The offers a shopper sees right after they pay, before the Thank you page. A shopper sees at most three in a row, which is Shopify's limit for post-purchase offers, and because each answer sends the shopper down one branch, one flow can hold up to seven offers in total.
Reads what you already have
Your workflows, your product catalogue with its titles, prices, stock and tags, and your store details. It cannot read your orders, your customers or your checkout results.
Reworks a draft
Change the discount, swap the offer type, add a branch or start the flow again. A draft shows nothing to shoppers, so there is no cost to trying. It will not change a workflow that is live: turn that one off first, or ask your assistant to unpublish it.
No markup on AI
You pay your provider directly at their listed price. xPostio adds nothing on top, and it has no chatbot of its own to sell you.

You connect your own client to your own store, and you approve it in your own Shopify admin. Nothing happens on our side that you did not start.

xPostio has no chatbot of its own. Your client connects to your store over MCP, so the work happens with the provider you chose, and everything it builds waits as a draft until you publish it. It reaches this store and no other, even one you also own, every action it takes is written to an audit trail by xPostio's own server, and Disconnect in Settings under Connect AI ends its access immediately.

Publishing stays a decision you make, and clients that support it ask you to confirm before publishing, unpublishing or deleting. Only one post-purchase workflow can be on at a time as well: offers show only when exactly one is on.

Connect AI is included in the Pro plan, $49 every 30 days. On Free and Growth a new assistant cannot be approved, and an assistant connected earlier stays listed but cannot use xPostio’s tools until you upgrade.
