Build the offer flow on a canvas

One trigger and the offers themselves. Drag them onto the canvas, branch on accepted or declined, and turn it on.

One moment, and it is the one that counts

Every flow starts the same way: the shopper has paid. That is the moment Shopify hands to the app, and the only one xPostio needs.

Post-purchase

The workflow starts after a purchase is completed

No list to build

The order that was just paid for is the audience

One live flow

Only one post-purchase workflow can be on at a time

The parts of a workflow, and that is the whole editor

Nothing to learn beyond these. Drop them on the canvas, connect them, and the flow is built.

Trigger

Post-purchase. Every flow begins here, the moment the shopper has paid.

Accepted and declined

Every offer has two exits. Connect another offer to either one, or leave it empty to end the flow there.

Offer

What the shopper sees. Percentage on every plan; fixed amount, buy X get Y and free shipping on Growth and Pro.

Set the discount

Pick the discount type and value, and the discount name that shows on the order for fixed amount, buy X get Y and free shipping. Your reports show the name you give the offer with the pencil on its card.

Put a clock on it

On Growth and Pro, switch on a time-based discount, set the duration in minutes, and the shopper sees a live countdown. At zero the offer closes as if they had declined it.

Cap the products

Max Products in Offer starts at 3, or 1 on Free, and your plan sets the ceiling: 1 on Free, 3 on Growth, 10 on Pro.

Branch on yes, branch on no

A shopper sees at most three offers in a row, which is Shopify's limit for post-purchase offers. Each answer sends the shopper down one branch, so one flow holds up to seven offers in total on Growth and Pro. On Free a workflow has one offer.

  • 1 Follow an accepted offer with a second one on the accepted path
  • 2 Send a different offer down the declined path when the first is declined
  • 3 On Growth and Pro, show an offer only on the orders you want, by cart value, quantity or stock
  • 4 Combine those rules with AND or OR, each with a minimum, a maximum or both
When: the purchase is completed
Rules: does this order match?
Offer 1: 20% off a matching product
ACCEPTED
Offer 2: free shipping on one more item
DECLINED
Offer 3: $10 off a cheaper product

On your plan

The Free plan runs one percentage offer per workflow. A second offer on the accepted or declined branch, targeting rules, the countdown and the other three discount types are on Growth ($19 every 30 days) and Pro ($49 every 30 days), where a customer sees up to three offers in a row and a workflow holds up to seven. Options your plan does not include are locked in the editor and name the plan that has them. See the plans.
