Settings
The three tabs in xPostio's Settings, and the one setting that lives in your Shopify admin instead.
Settings has three tabs.
Connect AI
Connect the AI assistant you already use, such as Claude or ChatGPT, so it can build and manage your offers. Connect AI is on the Pro plan: on Free and Growth the tab shows a notice with a link to the plans, and Copy is locked.
- Your connection URL — copy it into your AI client’s Connectors or MCP servers settings.
- How to connect — the four steps, from opening your AI client’s Connectors / MCP servers settings and pasting the URL to clicking Allow access in your Shopify admin.
- Connected AI clients — every assistant connected to this store. Disconnect removes its access immediately.

Post-purchase
The entry point to the offer page editor. Click the pencil icon next to Post-purchase offers to open it. The layout you save there applies to every offer.
Plans
Your plan and what it includes:
- Your plan — the plan you’re on, its renewal date, and the customers reached this period, with when the count restarts.
- The three plans — Free, Growth and Pro, with their prices and what each includes. Click a plan to upgrade or switch. Shopify asks you to approve every paid plan.

Settings in your Shopify admin
One setting lives in Shopify, not in xPostio: which app runs the post-purchase page.
Shopify admin → Settings → Checkout → Post-purchase page → Use an app to add features at checkout after payment → xPostio → Save.
Until xPostio is selected there, customers see no offer. The Home page setup guide has a button that takes you there.
