Where your results live, what each number means, and what is deliberately not counted.
xPostio records every offer page a customer sees and every answer they give. You’ll find the results in three places.
Home: your whole store, last 30 days
| Card | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Revenue added | Price of the accepted items minus the discount. No shipping or taxes. |
| Customers reached | Checkouts that reached the offer page, each counted once however many offers it showed. |
| Offers accepted | Accepted offers, and their share of customers reached. |
| Best offer | The offer that added the most revenue. |
Workflows: each workflow since it was created
| Column | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Accepted | How many times one of its offers was accepted. |
| Declined | How many times one of its offers was declined, including by the countdown running out. |
| Conversion | Accepted out of accepted plus declined. |
| Revenue | Revenue added by its accepted offers. |
A workflow’s page: down to each offer
At the top:
- Executed — customers who saw this workflow.
- Offers declined and Offers accepted.
- Conversions — accepted out of accepted plus declined.
Each offer on the canvas also shows its own accepts, declines and conversion.
When you remove an offer from a workflow, its results stay in the totals at the top, because those customers really answered it. A line under the totals says how many, for example: “Includes 3 accepted and 11 declined from offers you removed.”
What is and isn’t counted
- A customer who closes the page without answering counts as a customer reached, but not as accepted or declined.
- An offer skipped because its rules don’t match the order is not counted anywhere: the customer never saw it.
- Revenue is what the customer paid for the accepted items after the discount, as priced by Shopify. It isn’t profit: your product costs are not taken off.
- An Accept that Shopify refuses, for example because the item is out of stock, is recorded as a decline.
Frequently asked questions
Why do the Home numbers differ from the Workflows page?
Home counts the last 30 days across all workflows. The Workflows page counts each workflow since it was created.
Why can conversion be 100% with only one customer?
If that customer accepted every offer they saw, conversion is 100%. Wait for more orders before judging an offer.
Can I export the data?
